Benacquista Forms Wholly Owned Subsidiary

announced today that it had formed a new, wholly owned subsidiary YNOT Eduk8, Inc.,
a Nevada corporation (�YNOT�) for the purpose of pursuing the business opportunities
presented by the YNOT website and the creative works of Benacquista Director Don Tolman.
�Don Tolman has that exceedingly rare combination of creative genius and proven
entrepreneurial, money making ability. His creative ideas have already formed the basis
