Benacquista Announces Filing for Key Trademarks

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- YNOT EDUK8, INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Benacquista Galleries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BAQG - News), announced today that it had filed trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for key educational products being sold through the YNOT EDUK8 division.

Benacquista filed applications for two separate trademarks, FDR and the Farmacist's Desk Reference. These applications were filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on November 3, 2005.
